As an Sales Closer, your key focus will be on genuinely communicating and coaching individuals through their challenges, inspiring them to take action by enrolling in our programs. We're looking for someone with an outgoing, positive communication style, a quick learner who can understand our program and marketing content, and someone warm, compassionate, and experienced in high-ticket enrollment support.

If you're looking for a long-term commitment with an organization, we want to hear from you. This is a remote, commission-only position (10% commission plus performance based bonuses) reporting directly to Roota, with two weeks of unpaid training before handling 4 to 6 sales calls per day. We have a proven sales funnel producting dozens of qualified sales calls per week and we want someone who is hungry to work. 

We value work-life balance and flexibility, although we typically operate from 10 am to 7 pm IST. However, we need someone who can step up when workload peaks during launches, as our small but dedicated team is essential to our success.

Our team dynamic is crucial to us, and we seek someone who shares our commitment to maintaining it. This opportunity is not suitable for those seeking "more hours" or a "side gig." This is not a side-hustle, it is a full-time job.

* Committed to continuous learning and community-building
* Extremely flexible, compassionate, and team-oriented
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal in English is mandatory
